@MojangSupport I have had no luck on your web site. My kids are devo as on the switch all their paid mash ups, skins and minecoins have disappeared..I can't contact you and I'm very frustrated.

I have done this only to be ignored. How do explain to my 7 year olds that mojang has taken their birthday purchases and won't help to get them back. I am very disappointed that a game like Minecraft can do this to my children. I have provided purchase recipes of mincoins used
