@MojangSupport still trying to access my account. Password reset will not work and I've been through all the steps to figure it out. Could I please get some customer support?

Thanks for responding. I had already sent an email for help 3 weeks ago. Was hoping someone here on your support team would be able to help me. I went ahead and sent another email but would really appreciate some help sooner.
