@MojangSupport I am needing help applying my Realms subscription to the proper Realm. I attempted to renew the subscription and rather that renew, it started a new Realm. I tried contacting support through email two days ago and I received no answer.

WOW! Two weeks and counting with no help to resolve my issue @MojangSupport Somehow I don’t believe every person that has a problem is having to wait over two weeks to receive help. That doesn’t make for good customer service.
