@MojangSupport I am locked out of my Minecraft Account. I normally don't use twitter like this, but I have tried every official channel for a week to no avail. I paid for the game, I would like to play it.

I did and still haven't heard back for over two weeks. I realize it takes time, but how long will it take? Also, I bought the game back in the Alpha days, so I would have no idea how to get the Transaction ID. And even if I did, it's assigned to the email I don't use anymore.
