@MojangSupport When the 1.13 version of minecraft came, I am unable to load my game. When I try to load my game, the character skin takes a very long time to load and I don't want to uninstall and reinstall the game just to play it.

The site that you sent me to, doesn't help me. I just want a fix from the 1.13 update that doesn't make me having to uninstall and reinstall the game.

I'm sorry you're still having trouble loading the game. If you think you've found an error or a bug, please visit bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashb… and report it so that the developers can see. ^RS
