@MojangSupport hi I emailed on 11/4 regarding a $50 purchase of 8800 mine coins that disappeared the moment a pack for 660 was attempted to be purchased - leaving the original total of only 50 on Minecraft game - wiping out the entire 8800 purchase.

It’s been 10 days since the email was sent. My daughter spent $50 of her birthday money for this cart the least you could is give her the coins or reimburse the Nintendo card
