@MojangSupport Hi, I was wondering if there was a known issue with not being able to update stuff in the marketplace since getting the 1.13 update on xbox. Because I can't update any of my texture packs.

I'm unsure how that's supposed to help me. I've seen others having the same issue of not being able to update texture packs in the minecraft store on both xbox and win 10 platforms. I was only wondering if it was a known issue since it began as soon as the 1.13 update released.
