Hello Mojang, My friends is having trouble with his xbox one Minecraft the Name of the Minecraft is Minecraft the windows version but for xbox one and he is having the problem where the skin on the main menu is invisible also when he goes into change his skin it constantly loads

@MojangSupport he is also having trouble loading worlds the pic is what he is seeing when trying to load into his world or even just trying to start a new world also it says it and it hangs there his gamertag on xbox is Alien Heat.
