@MojangSupport minecraft on my iPad hasn’t been working for 3 weeks now! It’s on a older iPad running iOS 10.3.3, I’ve totally reset and reinstall the iPad and it has 5 gigs of space free.......help my son loves playing this

This will sound like I’m angry I’m not but the help page was the first thing I did. Second was google third was reinstall and now I’m tweeting you for help.
