@MojangSupport Hi can you help please? My daughter's Minecraft game for her Switch has stopped loading. All her other games load fine. We tried her Minecraft on a friend's Switch, but it won't load. Is there anything we can do??

I've visited these 2 links as I noticed that was the response to others, and have tried a few things but it's still not working. Would prefer an actual Mojang support rather than other people like myself giving advice
