@MojangSupport So do you just not respond to emails, or what? I鈥檝e emailed you several times now about an issue with access to my Minecraft account and at first got blank replies and for the last 3 weeks or so haven鈥檛 even gotten that much.

Multiple times now, with all of the requested information. The first time, one person got back to me for a couple of emails and then stopped, and since then I have received no response at all.
