@MojangSupport What do I do when your emails for resetting a password haven't appeared two weeks later? I have had an account since original, migrated in 2013 and now i moved to a new PC and forgot my password. Have tried almost everyday to reset it for two weeks, tried discord.

5 weeks and counting... 25 working days, 200 working hours, 12000 minutes, 720000 seconds. Is it really worth my time to not spend 40nzd on a new copy. Seriously, how much of a backlog do you have, that it takes 5 weeks to not yet even have a reply.
