@MojangSupport I tried to make the purchase of Minecraft java edition for pc but when I inserted my credit card data and gave him a purchase I got an error on the page that told me to verify my data and that the purchase could not be made.

Please send us an email at help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… and we will assist. Remember to attach your Transaction ID. ^JS

Several days have passed and in that email they don't give me an answer.
