@MojangSupport Im playing on Xbox one I won’t let me join realms because it’s says I have privacy setting issues but contacted Xbox they say it’s all good and the issue is in your guys can I please get some help here

Please check to make sure your privacy settings have multiplayer enabled under the Xbox tab here: account.xbox.com/en-US/Setti… ^RS

I have checked and double checked and Xbox support has double checked the only thing it could be is a verify issue on your end my settings are perfect. I really want to have the ability to play!!!!!
