I have now done this. I would like to add that you replying to me wastes my time and yours as you could have just passed it on to your developer team!!! What is the point of having a support Twitter if you don't actually provide support by reporting the bug I've described.

Some people don't want to have to create an account in another place when you could have passed on the bug report directly, saving time and annoyance. I feel this should be the default action taken when a bug is reported on Twitter etc

The way you do it now, Players will just not report the bug as the process is overly complicated and unnecessary and then you will get more complaints as the bug will persist for longer. You should pass on the bug reports DIRECTLY from here for convenience and faster fixes!
