@MojangSupport #MojangSupport Since the 1.13 update we’re not able to play Minecraft anymore. It crashes right after the Mojang logo on all our devices. Please can you help? My son thinks he lost all his worlds now cause I tried to reinstal, so sad.😢. More are having same issue.
