Can't get into Realms on Minecraft: Java Edition? Due to GDPR (minecraft.net/privacy/gdpr/ ) users under the age of 16 need parental consent to play on Realms. To set up parental consent on an account, visit minecraft.net/update-account.

I’ve tried emailing with no response. I keep getting the error message username or password incorrect when I try to login and I know my details are correct. It’s like my account has gone. Even if this cannot be fixed can you at least have the decency to let me know whats wrong?

Thanks!! I have tried emailing with no reply I’m at at loss as I bought Minecraft years ago and have no idea what my transaction ID is which is probably why I got no reply but I have an account I just can’t login to it. Any ideas what I should do thanks again for the reply though
