@MojangSupport I cannot access my Minecraft account and password reset is not working. I put in a ticket a week ago and I’m getting frustrated 😕

I appreciate the tweet. I struggle to understand how a 2+ week turn around is acceptable. I’ve heard stories of it taking over a month. It is sad because I was/am considering purchasing additional copies so I can play with my son, and this is a huge turn off.
