@MojangSupport Hi, I have forgotten my password, and when I request a password reset using the "forgot password" feature, I do not receive any email. I have checked my junk folder as well.
Can you check if the "forgot password" feature is working? Thanks

Hi, it has been over 2.5 months (76 days) since I raised a support ticket and still have not got a response. Could you confirm my ticket is still in the backlog? The 'When will I hear back' article (help.mojang.com/customer/por…) has been removed so I don't know if my ticket was missed
