Dear @MojangSupport I have sent an email about @minecraft to <support@minecrafthelp.zendesk.com> more than a week ago. The only thing I have heard back so far is an automated email stating you have "a bit of a backlog". This is no way to treat your fans! When can I expect help?

Yes how long is that usually? I'm sitting here with a game that I've paid for that we can't even use because of some glitch or whatever on your end. Seriously just need my password reset!
