@MojangSupport Hello! I have always used "stay logged" feature on and today after 7 years of having my account "bery2001", i cant log in anymore. I dont know if i forgot the password or if i changed email or whatever. Cant also find my transaction because it was paid before 2012

I already did almost 2 weeks ago... no response yet, thats why i wrote here... thats the catch with the transaction id, my email used for buying mc was closed about a year ago, because of inactivity. I contacted them but no response either, same as your online support...

Maybe if i could get some private chat then it would be easier in my opinion to verify other way... is there any other way since i cant get any email response?
