@MojangSupport Hi there, trying to log into my account for first time in years, it has been migrated, but will not let me log in. Trying to reset password doesn't send an email and the contact page on help.minecraft.net isn't working either. Please help!

When I bought the game in 2011, it was a simple code to be redeemed on the website. There was no transaction ID.
