@MojangSupport I've been trying to reach you guys via email to talk about and try to get some sort of follow up to an issue I currently have and I am not able to "Type my response ABOVE THIS LINE to reply" or find a way to reply without making a new case ticket

If you're not able to type above the line, try pressing "enter" in the text box at the line to give yourself some space. Or respond below the line if that's all that's available to you. ^RS
