@MojangSupport I can't get my Realm download normally or as a backup, on Switch and Xbox One. It shows 0.00MB out of 0.00MB. I can still enter the world online, but I want to play my world offline.

It sounds like you're describing a temporary issue. Restart your device and try again later. ^RS
