@MojangSupport I've paid to renew my Realm five days ago and no response - and I've messaged you with transaction ID, and still no response. Can I please have an update?

I guess the problem with ‘as soon as possible’ is that I don’t know when that is, and that you already have my money. I’d really like my server renewed so my kid can play Minecraft with his grandparents, and it seems strange that you have a payment system that doesn’t work.

@MojangSupport so do I ask for the payment to be reversed, until you get yourselves sorted, or do I wait forever for an update, or...?
