@MojangSupport Revisiting minecraft after several years away but unsure of password, reset link not working so acc potentially stolen? I've emailed but site says 2 months backlog for emails, can you help?

I too am waiting due to backlog, for a mere respond to a similar situation. Did yours ever get resolved?

I have sent 3. This is the first response "Your support request (48016) has been received. We're currently working through a bit of a backlog but we'll get back to you very soon! Thank you for contacting us." The last had a pic of the transaction ID That request is 55377
