@MojangSupport if I delete my account and open a new account will I be able to retrieve my game?? I have been waiting a week now and no e-mails back. How much longer do I have to wait?

I sent an email because when my computer updated I lost the game and it is not letting me back in the email went out a week ago and I have yet to hear back about how I can retrieve my game back
