@MojangSupport Hello, my daughter had Minecraft on her cpc and she's been playing on it for long time. She went on it today to play the game, it showed that her account was removed completely, she tried several time to log in it didn't recognise her. How can we solve this issue?

We tried everything and it still say that we have to buy the game again which is not fair because it's been already bought and played on the same pc. There is no email address or contact number to talk to someone regarding this issue
