Yes I did that and the marketplace faq refers me to iTunes - who refer me back to @MojangSupport - so I’m trapped in a loop. - I spent £3.99 on a purchase - it stubbornly won’t download on my iPad - the coins aren’t added to my account - the app hangs/crashes - I need a refund...

Please help. Your website sends me on a loop. (See above). As far as I’m concerned you’ve stolen £4 from my 9yo son and we want it back.
