@MojangSupport why is it so difficult to sign into minecraft if I have my email and password and username. how can a company so big not fix this?!!

I've submitted two of those already and they aren't responded to. and how do you expect me to have the transaction ID from a purchase from like 10 years ago. it really cant't be that hard to fix such a simple problem

Ok. So you respond to my ticket to say send in another ticket. Why is it so difficult to just fix an account.
