@MojangSupport so, my account got migrated by someone else. Your support system told me to file a new ticket, and your new support site isn't working. Am I ever going to get my Minecraft account back?

Thats my problem, I don't have access to it. My account was purchased in 2009/2010 and my parent who bought it has since passed away so I have no access to anything. It hasn't been an issue until today.

That might be harder, but the transaction ID is a high bar for most. They didn't require it for the guy stealing my account! If I email you from the email address that was on the account before the migration, that should be enough verification. Luckily, I have everything.
