@MojangSupport HI, I'm trying to buy access to java on Mac OS and it's not working. Is there some way to to speak to someone and get it sorted out. I've already been trying for a long time. I've even bought a MS giftcard, as suggested, but that doesn't work, either.

Hi, I have sent you an email through that form. No response yet. Not even an automated response. Can I have a phone number to call and get it sorted out. You have my money, but are not responding. Thats unacceptable.
