@MojangSupport hey, I’m having trouble redeeming a Minecon cape. Is there any way to check the status of it and make sure it hasn’t already been redeemed?

Sadly I dont have a timeframe for when we will get you an answer, but we are working on getting to each player as quickly as we can.
