@MojangSupport Hey, I sent a ticket regarding "Changing mail adress" of my account (pwd+mail acc lost) on 16th of August at 12:55pm CEST. Got an auto reply. Any idea how long my beard will be when I can play? The site to check is down since today.

Alright. Thanks for the honesty. Please tweet a status update if we ever need to use a new/different form in the future, I was a bit worried about the tickets just being lost in movage. :) Have a nice day!
