@MojangSupport I attempted to purchase Minecraft on 30th September and it gave me a payment error but still charged my card despite not giving me access to the game. I will be filing a charge back claim if this is not resolved promptly.

It may be possible to have the charge reversed and remade on the correct account. In order to process refunds, you will need to go the specific platform it was purchased on and refund it through their service. ^FX
