@MojangSupport Hi, my minecraft account wasn't receiving any emails to reset my password, and I contacted support and they told me I needed to send them the Transaction ID in order to proceed, but I do not have access to that card. What can I do?

Let the agent know on your ticket! They can point you in the direction on how to recover your Transaction ID! ^Scarlet

Hello again, Mojang, some years go, gave anyone who owned a Minecraft account a code to get the Windows 10 version of Minecraft for free and I still have the order number for that. Can I use that as proof that I owned the account? Thanks!
