@MojangSupport I keep trying to make a new account and I'm keep getting an error. "BadOperationException: Failed to register user" HELP!!!

I'm trying to recover the Premium Account I purchased in May, 2011. I have the email and Transaction ID. I've emailed support, but since they're backed up with answering questions from July 24th I was wondering if there was a way to streamline my concern. Can you help me please?
