@MojangSupport Hello I paid twice for my Realm about 9PM and it notified me the payment has been made but the realm isnt available yet so i tried paying again 5am and it did made the realm available, this is the second time it happend please help

What does this even mean? You guys went on vacation and have 2 months to catch up on? Account is broken and sent emails through support portal and no response.
