@MojangSupport Hello I paid twice for my Realm about 9PM and it notified me the payment has been made but the realm isnt available yet so i tried paying again 5am and it did made the realm available, this is the second time it happend please help

I already emailed help2@mojang.com twice, first when i noticed the transaction was successful but realm still isn't renewed 2nd just now around 5pm there no one replying to my emails
