@MojangSupport I just created a new Realms W10. Reset the world: Does not work. Importing an existing world: Does not work. Does something work?

Already done and I see that your support says "Many of the helpers in the help chat are helping in their free time at school or work" But I would like, for a service I paid for, a professional answer quickly, that's the least I can do, isn't it?
