whats i need to receive a response from support? my account has been hacked, i´ve sent a ticket a week ago, and still no response yet!

I understand that, don't worry, but my case was uploaded on the 18th, before the ones that are being solved now. I will be more patient, but having an inactive account is taking me a long time in some personal projects I had. (hope you can understand my bad english)
