Trying to restart our bedrock realm that has been inactive since March.
I also tried to start a new Realm. Both won't work.

My minecraft ream HuntessLuna's Realm renewed on 9/30/19 and as of midnight est it showed expired.

I bought the wrong version of minecraft and wanted to refund it to purchase the bedrock edition. BUT there is NO WAY of contacting you guys!!! That customer portal link goes straight to a page saying you guys moved your website. PLEASE give me a place to contact you guys

No one can join my realm on any platform. I cannot close the realm either. Replacing the world brings up an error.
