Not related to Realms but for the last 4 days I've been trying to login to my Minecraft account and tried to reset my password and contact customer support but haven't received any help.

It’s over 24 hours later and my realm is still down. Everyone else’s realm seems to have been brought back except mine and it’s a little ridiculous. Contacted support who sent me one email about FAQ articles I’ve already read and ignored my replies. Getting fed up with this

Not sure where to post this. I bought my kids the Java version, but apparently I was supposed to buy the Windows version. What do I know? Can I transfer it, or cancel and re-buy? Please advise.
