@MojangSupport I've tried getting access to one of my accounts since July 24th, and your customer service isnt really what I hope. I've sent receipts and my wishes to your representative twice now all she did was migrate the wrong account. Any help?

Your people have replied, but you seem to have lost my account and it feels like nothing is really being done. I've send all info twice and all that has happened is the migration and moving of the wrong account.
