Anybody had any issues buying anything in #Minecraft for Windows 10 before? I can't buy minecoins or renew the Realm that my friends and I have been playing in. All the forum threads that I can find are either unresolved or didn't help 🤷🏻‍♂️

I can’t even get to the payment stage though. No price is displayed and it just tells me it’s not available so 🤷🏻‍♂️

All @MojangSupport seem to do is reply to people saying they try to respond ASAP and then just send them an unhelpful page link 😭😭

They’re backlogged unfortunately. I just checked and more people are having the same issue

Just checked to see if it would let me renew the Realm on Switch, but it's telling me that it can't connect to the Marketplace there either. It's not a connection issue on my end because it logged me in to my Microsoft acount just fine
