FFS.. is there a reason I can't log in to my daughters' minecraft account? We reset the password, but the launcher isn't taking it.

I tried it on her computer, and I tried it on my computer, and nothing. My account works just fine. @MojangSupport

Sorry, the tweets got split up: I can't log in to my daughter's mojang/minecraft account. We migrated it years back when required, and she was using it maybe 3 days ago just fine. Despite resetting the password, it's suddenly unusable to login to either the mc client or the site

Same on my son's account, created a new account, verified, etc. Tried 3 different browsers with no change. Login screen goes nowhere. Can't login to purchase JAVA edition. Ugh.

Yeah, because I needed a bot to tell me that! Your customer support is pathetic. Your login authentication platform has major issues After three days of new passwords and waiting, I used MCLeaks Authenitcator @MCLeaksNetwork and was able to log in immediately! @Wolfofthenyght
