@MojangSupport Hello, I sent a ticket 9 days ago, no reply yet. The article stating reply time had its date on July 15th, 8 days ago. Today it was updated, to July 18th. So I'll need to wait what.. 2-3 months for a reply to try solve an issue created by a bug on the Mojang site?
