@MojangSupport Hi! I'm trying to gain access to an old MC account and have reason to believe the details were hijacked. Is there any way to get this resolved other than sending a support ticket? in the past week they have gone through 3 days of tickets and I'm being impatient lol

Thank you, but I have already filled out a support ticket. I was just wondering if there was another way to have this resolved as it looks like the current rate of ticket processing will have my ticket being addressed several months from now.
