@MojangSupport @MicrosoftStore I've just spent an infuriating hour trying to figure out how to contact someone to help with a copy of Minecraft for Windows 10 that I purchased that is not working correctly. Your support pages are a complete farce of loops and dead-ends.

Can someone please tell me who I can contact to get help with this? I purchase Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection and cannot figure out who I should be trying to speak to for support.
