FFS.. is there a reason I can't log in to my daughters' minecraft account? We reset the password, but the launcher isn't taking it.

I tried it on her computer, and I tried it on my computer, and nothing. My account works just fine. @MojangSupport

Ok, well I don't think any of those apply since I'm the only one who has the password unless someone was trying to hack into her account & locked it on their end. Is there a way to see if it's locked from your end, or do I just have to wait til tomorrow & try again?
